Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

To start a return, simply email our team at sales@puffshroom.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and an address to ship your item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product).

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email update regarding your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.

Please keep in mind that refunds are only available for purchases made directly through puffshroom.com. If you bought from a third-party seller or retailer, please reach out to them for help with returns or refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue, and we’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as possible — no hassle, no stress.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please request a return for your current order and place a new one for the desired item.
